2. Order Acceptance

All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. You will be notified if your order is cancelled.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and include applicable VAT (15%). Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Payment must be made at the time of order placement using one of our accepted payment methods: Mada, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Tamara, or Tabby.

4. Delivery Policy

We deliver to all cities and regions within Saudi Arabia. Standard delivery takes 1-3 business days. Shipping is free on orders over 200 SAR. A flat shipping fee of 25 SAR applies to orders below 200 SAR. Pre-order items are shipped on or near the official release date.

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order before it has been shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible, and you will need to follow the return process. Pre-orders can be cancelled for free before the release date.

6. Returns & Refunds

Products may be returned within 15 days of delivery, provided they are sealed and unopened. Digital codes and opened products are non-returnable. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after the return is received and inspected.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, text, images, and design, is the property of YourGameStore or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

YourGameStore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service in question.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Saudi Arabia.
