Return Window
You can return products within 15 days from the date of delivery. The item must be fully sealed, unopened, and in its original condition.
How to Request a Return
You can request a return through your order page in your account, or by contacting our support team at support@ygstore.com. Our team will guide you through the return process.
Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Refund processing takes 5-10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Pre-order Cancellation
Pre-orders can be cancelled for free at any time before the official release date. A full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Non-returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Digital codes and gift cards
- Products that have been opened or used
- Products with removed packaging or seals
Important Note
Returned items must be in their original condition with all accessories and packaging. We reserve the right to reject returns if the product does not meet the return conditions.
