Applicability of the return policy

This return policy is applicable for customers purchasing the products listed on ygstore.com

Terms and conditions for accepting returns

  • The product must be returned with the original packaging, sealed, and unopened.
  • If the product has been used, or the product’s original box was opened, or the original seal was removed, we will decline the refund and return the product back to you.
  • For all the products under warranty - refer to our warranty policy, or directly contact our service center at 800 10 100 29 or support@ygstore.com
  • A product will not be accepted as returned until it has been notified to the customer that it is accepted for return.
  • International orders, out of Saudi Arabia, are not eligible for return.

Return Window

Unless otherwise specified, Your Game Store offers a return window of fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase, in case of returnable products.

Return Process and Applicable Charges

To process your request to return a product, we will need to collect the product from your location via our delivery shipping partners. To process the collection of your return shipment, follow the process below:

1.      A return shipment waybill will be generated once you request to return your order. Print the waybill and attach it to the return shipment.

2.      A return courier should contact you in 2 business days to arrange the pickup of the return product. If this standard timeframe has passed and you still have not received a call from the courier, please contact us for further assistance.

3.      You can also return the product to us by dropping off the package at one of the service outlets of the shipping company.

Please ensure the Products are packed carefully before shipping them to us as any loss or damage to Products that occurs before they arrive with us is your responsibility and will not be covered by any Your Game Store Warranty.

 

Once your return is processed, applicable charges will be deducted from the refund amount. These charges include:

-          Bank transaction fee associated with the initial sale is not reversed during a refund and this may vary depending on the mode of transaction chosen.

-          Shipping charges for returning the product to our warehouse. The charges will vary based on your pickup location.

Process upon receiving return request

It may take up to one week based on your location for a product to reach us once you return it. Once the item reaches our fulfillment center, allow for up to two (2) business days for us to receive and process your returned product. After the return is processed, it may take up to seven (7) business days for the refund to get credited to your payment method. Your refund is subject to the condition of the returned product.

General conditions applicable to all returns

Your Game Store shall reserve the right to return a product to the customer if the product returned does not meet any of its guidelines or conditions. The customer shall not be entitled to any refund if the product is not eligible for return. In the case a product is declined for a return request at any stage, we will make one (1) attempt to deliver the product back to the customer. In case the applicable attempt of delivery is unsuccessful, we will hold the product for three (3) business days only in our delivery hub. The customer may request another delivery attempt with our customer care team within three (3) business days of the last notified attempt. If the request is made within this timeframe, we will arrange for the final delivery attempt within two (2) business days of the date of request. If no request is received within three (3) business days, the item will be sent for disposal. Once disposed of, the customer will no longer be able to request delivery, and no compensation will be provided (including the item's value). In the event that a returned item is not part of the customer purchase history, it will be returned back to the customer. Products eligible for return

Products falling under categories (as covered below) and having the tag of – “Eligible for Return”, will be accepted for return within the specified return period and subject to fulfillment of the terms and conditions mentioned herein.

Products eligible for returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:

Consoles and Accessories

  • The product must be returned with the original packaging, sealed, and unopened.
  • If the product has been used, or the product’s original box was opened, or the original seal was removed, we will decline the refund and return the product back to you unless there is a manufacturing defect.
  • If the product is not working due to a manufacturing defect, the original box, information booklet, and all other accessories must also be returned.
  • Your Game Store has the right to determine if the item is to be repaired, returned to the customer or refunded.

Fashion and Apparel

  • Apparels such as underwear, swimwear, & socks are not eligible for return.
  • Apparel products are eligible for return only if they are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all their labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging.
  • Footwear, eyewear, watches, bags & luggage must be returned in their original packaging with all tags completely intact.

Home & Kitchen

  • Home decor products are accepted for return only if the product is unopened, free from any damage and must be in the original packaging.
  • Unwrapped bedding products and towels will not be accepted for return.
  • Products that have been used, altered, assembled, or installed will not be accepted unless they are defective.

Toys & Figures

  • Sculptures and collectable items are not eligible for return.
  • Dressing up costumes are non-returnable.
  • Toys and Games that are used, activated or missing parts will not be accepted for return.

Books and Magazines

  • Books and Magazines that are eligible for return will only be accepted if unused, not torn, or damaged, and in their original condition.

 

Stationery & Office Supplies

  • The item must be returned in its original condition, including all original packaging and materials (manuals, accessories, etc.)
  • Any item which is used or damaged will not be accepted.

 

Note: Once the refund is issued, we are unable to change the refund method.

If your refund status is not showing as “Approved/Declined” in My Account, and the processing time for your payment method has passed, you can contact us for further assistance.

If your refund status shows as “Approved” in My Account, and the standard time frame as mentioned above has passed and you have still not received the refund, please contact your bank for more information.
