Warranty Policy

AIC Warranty

As per the consumer protection guidelines of the Saudi Ministry of Commerce, we are happy to offer a manufacturer warranty for our electronic products as follows: 2 years for consoles and 1 year for electronic accessories.

For any claims, please ensure to have your original proof of purchase (invoice).

Any claims without proof of purchase may incur additional charges.
